Wife has no libido, what can I do?
Here's my situation. She's older (39 years old) I'm younger (31). We dated for 6 years, been married for 3 years. We have a two-year old. Ever since my son was born, my wife has completely lost her libido. We have sex once a month if I'm lucky. It's gone three months (almost 4!) between sex before. I fully understand that this is part of the deal sometimes, and it's common for women to lose their sex drive, especially after kids.

Strollers and Car Seats
My son screams and stretches out when I try to place him in car seats and strollers. He doesn't seem to like the stroller idea too much. I see that he doesn't like to stay still in one place for too long.
Is this normal?
Is your spouse jealous of your other relationships with SAHMs?
OK. Now I don't want to intrude on the forum, but I really need the advice of some SAHDs to help give me perspective on my problem.
SAHD in Orlando, FL
Hello fellow Dads. I am currently new to this SAHD thing. I appreciate the time I have with my son and look for ward to many rewarding events.
Are there any SAHD around me?
Mom becomes distant as her career gets bigger
My wife is amazing! Too amazing, sometimes. So amazing that, as she ascends the career ladder, eclipsing my income by some 20 times, that she becomes more and more indifferent to me and our 12 year old son. I know she is great at what she does, but she is obsessed. Lately, she's started drinking-heavily. And the other day, she took some edible marijuana with one of MY clients. She has become a party girl. I suspect cheating, but she says 'no, I'd just leave you if I felt like cheating'. Really?
How many alcoholic drinks do you consume in a regular week? That's 7 full days and nights. Be honest.

SAHD since June
My elder son had been in daycare for a couple of years, and the facility was really top-notch for us. The place was run by a nurse, it was 5 minutes away from a hospital, and the staff were well-educated and well-trained in handling a variety of medically fragile kids. Then when we conceived our second, we took a look at the numbers. The cost of sending both our children to the same facility, plus the cost of the gas I'd burn shuttling the kids to daycare and around 40 extra miles round-trip to and from work, my wife and I came to the conclusion that I'd bring home somethi
SAHD in Arizona
Hello,
My wife and I have a 3 month old son and just relocated from Chicago to Arizona. She has since gone back to work and I now a SAHD. I'm looking forward to learning from other SAHD's and their experiences from how to make friends (I'm 26), entertain the baby in more creative ways, and just a place to vent etc.
Thanks!
Not a new SAHD but new to forum
Hello, my name is Chris and I live in Fort Mill, SC just over the border from Charlotte NC. I have a 4 year old son and a 14 month old daughter. I've actually been a SAHD for about 2 years as I was laid off from the banking industry in 2009 and my wife went back to work. We tired the day care thing for little while, but it just wasn't working - plus my wife was getting promotion after promotion so I thought "what am I even working for?" My son was in daycare and my wife and I contanstly fought over who was going to work late and who was going to take off if he got sick. So I got
Holly area Dads
Hi all,
I am new here. Just found the website a few days ago. Started my own group for guys in the Holly michigan area. Looking to get out of the house and find my kids some new friends!! Winter gets to be pretty long, and the indoor playgrounds are storming with moms. I just cant talk about sports, hunting, and other manly things to all these moms. So hit me up if you want to get out with your kids. I have 2 kids. a 2 year old girl, and a 1 year old boy. so yeah, i'm pulling my hair out.

hello. i am the stay at home dad of an 11 month old boy. i am an electrician (17 years).
i assume i do pretty much the same things as everyone else here... feedings, dirty diapers, walks, naps, yo gabba gabba, multicolored plastic toys, some housework (as little as i can get way with without starting a fight with my wife)... all the regular stuff.
i usually get out without my son or wife about once a week for my vintage scooter club's "guys night".

Are you sick of watching sesame street, Dora, and barny? Do you get bored way too easily these days? Do you wish your kids had some friends to play with? Need a break?
Sad News & Need to Vent
For the last four years my wife and oldest son have withheld information and lied to relatives, friends and me; and also stolen money from me (included money withdrawn without my permission from our retirement account.)
During this time our son dropped out of college and quit the USA Beach Volleyball Team. He is still unemployed, smoking pot, justifying the pot smoking with his medical marijuana card and also selling it. And my wife continues to support him financially. Heck, why get a job?
Women and Children First

The current plight of the Costa Concordia reminds me of a comment made by Churchill.
After his retirement he was cruising the Mediterranean on an Italian cruise liner and some Italian journalists asked why an ex British Prime Minister should chose an Italian ship.
“There are three things I like about being on an Italian cruise ship” said Churchill.
“First their cuisine is unsurpassed.
Second their service is superb.
And then, in time of emergency, there is none of this nonsense about 'women and children first'”.
Question about my husband
REPOST:
I am actually a wife to a SAHD. Our daughter is 20 weeks. He watches her from 7-5pm. I take over when I get home from work and on the weekends. We rarely go anywhere anymore b/c he doesn't want to take her b/c she doesn't take this stupid 2 hour nap in the middle of the day, but instead wakes after 45 minutes or so and just cries. He won't budge on it - I can't understand why. He said he will win, not her. Ummm - she's 4 months old - give me a
