An Interesting article about, well, food mistakes. I found it reassuring that my daughter isn't an the all chocolate milk diet.

Ironically I read that article just after my first attempt to feed my daughter rice cereal :-)
I found it interesting, and refreshing, to hear somebody recommend 'dressing up' veggies. My mom was one of those people who thought that if you dipped a carrot in Ranch or put 'regular' dressing on a salad you had just destroyed all hope of gaining any nutritional value from it. I had to grow up with things like skim milk and and fat free dressing. I like to tell her "I'd rather have some natural calories than a bunch of chemicals."
