I am going out to see "Clone Wars" this August 15th, not so much of a family thing to do, but it is going to be great.

Spray Grounds

Thankfully, we have "Spray grounds" at quite a few of our local parks. These things are awesome and knock a toddler right out after about an hour playing in the water jets.

Some good gaming tips for this summer

Well I know that video games are not necessarily a great tool, and we should never rely on them to watch our children, but i dont feel that they are so bad if we are joining in with them, so this week I am going to suggest to everyone to pick up Star Wars Lego The complete saga, this game has totally helped my son and I bond, and going outside and throwing the old football around, (I accidently hit him in the chin yesterday with the ball, he has complained all day about my bad arm, lol) I let him stay up late lastnight and watch the NBA finals, we had a stellar time, He is now a Rajon Rondo fan, being thirty minutes for the university of kentucky I was a rondo fan a long time ago, well anyway i think i might have it easier than most dads, having a son is a blast, I didnt even know he was into sports, oh yeah and thank God for KUNg Fu Panda,

let me know of any other good games or movies etc.
cya guys

Gaming

I love gaming. I am a SAHD of three...Logan who is 3, Kaidin who is 2, and Jacobi who is 6 months. They still don't grasp how to play and stuff like that but I still let them play with unhooked controllers and they love it. If you enjoy playing games with your kids I highly recommend you shell out the x-tra cash and get yourself a Wii. Nintendo has always been my fav. They have always tried to push the envelope in the gaming experiance and not just graphics. Which has been made evident in recent years due to the fact that nintendo is outselling all other consoles on the market. Thats a different string later to come though. The Wii has made gaming fun again and not just for adults or kids but for eveyone. The games are so interactive that it makes it easy for everyone instead of complicated button pressing to throw pitches in baseball games you make a pitching movement with your remote and swing to bat, you actually hve to make punching movements to do boxing and racket swings to play the tennis. Not to mention all the new Wii fit stuff out. It's a great way to bond with your kids and have fun without being a couch slouch...little doodle bops lingo for ya there. I have included some pics to show you what I mean.
