What board games do your kids enjoy playing. My daughter likes the game with the dog and the magnetic bones, but she is still young. I was thinking of getting that elephant game- it blows butterflies into the air and the kids catch them with a net. Is that fun?
Board Games
one of the worst games ever! lol
A game will either be over in 3 minutes or 3 hours!
/my kid loves it

On our family game night we've been playing...
Sorry!
A game my son got for his birthday a year or two ago called Dino Math Tracks. A learning game for counting 1's 10's 100's and 1000's that also has math word problems to solve.
Also a fun one called "Would You Rather?"
A dominoes game called Mexican Train
A family edition of Charades
Clue Jr.
Chutes and Ladders
We are all learning Chess together (I'm sort of re-learning it, never was really great at it)
And not in the Board game category...my son (8 yrs old) and I occasionally dual in Guitar Hero I, II or III or play The Bigs (baseball) or Madden 08 Football on the PS2.

In addition to Hi-Ho Cherrio, Chutes and Ladders, and Candyland, we've enjoyed Trouble and Labryinth Jr. (good for 4yrs. and up). Also some game with pigs in a corral that features the "This Little Piggy" song.
We play card games, too, with my son (nearly 6). Go Fish, Old Maid, Concentration, Crazy 8s, etc.

Butters loves chess. And by loves chess I mean he tries to eat the pieces.

and Hey Pa There's A Goat On the Roof (actually one of the games from my childhood that I loved and now they do)
As for cards, we play:
Skipbo
Uno
Flux
Old Maid
and many general card games (Go Fish, Golf, Spoons, etc...).

Check out a newer game called Blokus, my boys love it.
They also like Connect Four, Caribou and a new twist on Tic-Tac-Toe called Gobblit-It. Plus all the ones mentioned above. Oh, and the wife found a kids version of Sudoku, with less squares, and colored shapes instead of numbers, made by Pressman.
