This posting is a call out to "at home Dads" and single fathers in southern NJ to join a community of your peers. This group is created out of a desire to communicate, share ideas, pass on knowledge and tips, network socially and professionally and generally act as support for fathers in caring and raising their children. Whether you have been doing it for years, or just starting out we all could use a resource that is powered by people who can understand your somewhat unique position in life. I know you are out there! Join Up!

Membership in SJ Dads group triples in 24 hours!

Welcome msbleary! The group is new and we only have three members, but i really think this blog can help all of us sahds thrive in the crazy world we live in.
Welcome

Welcome Paddy! This group is brand spankin new! You are the first member, since I started the group on 3/31. I'm a dad of two: ages 3months, and 3 years. I was a part time SAHD for the first year or so with my daughter ( i worked part-time in sales, and had help from a local care provider). Now I am full time with my son and my daughter goes to "school" two days a week. I started this group to connect with other guys that have a similar lifestyle as I do, and hopefully to find others who have been at it a little longer than me that I could lean on for support.
